Houston Visitors Center, a Houston First destination located in the lobby of Hilton Americas, is a popular destination for tourists and locals alike. The store was recently renovated and we installed an app-controlled,  audio-over-wifi streaming system and ceiling mounted speakers for store visitors to enjoy. When installing commercial audio systems in retail spaces, it is important to make sure that:

1) Employees can be mobile

2) The music is loud enough to draw visitors into the store but quiet enough to make browsing and checkout pleasant experiences.

3) There is flexibility in toggling between audio streaming services in case the client has an exclusive contract with a streaming services (ex: Sirius for Business) or changes services in the future.
